Today there isnt a peice of work that i can begin, end or do without the use of email, and a lot of usefull and required information is stored in the email client, So when i read this article on somebody trying to data mine the emails, it hit me as a brilliant idea, particularly since i have been given the responsibility for knowledge management implementation for our helpdesk. I am going back to do some more research work on it will post more on my discoveries.
